Files can only be deleted by the person who added them to the conversation. There are two ways to delete files. First, open the conversation with the file you want to delete. Then, you can:

1. Click the gear icon next to the file in the conversation:

Then click "Delete File."

or you can:

2. Delete the file from the list of files in the top right corner. Click the garbage can icon:
